Britney Spears reunited with her mother Lynne Spears for her 42nd birthday on Friday night as they appeared to put their explosive feud behind them.
The mother and daughter duo were pictured in sweet snaps shared on social media, with one photo showing Britney cuddling with Lynne, 60, on the sofa.
In the sweet photo, Lynne appeared to be running her hand through Britney's blonde locks as her head rested against her daughter's.
Another cute photo shared with hair colorist Baihly BBritney's Instagram account showed Britney holding her mother in her arms as she spun her through the air.
The pop icon, who had an emergency with her puppy during Friday's birthday party, was also spotted leaving her manager's house on Saturday with her mother, who had reportedly spent the night, according to TMZ.

The mother and daughter duo were pictured in sweet snaps shared on social media, with one image showing Britney holding her mother, 60, in her arms as she spun her through the air.
The duo appeared to be on good terms as they parted ways, according to photos obtained by the outlet, which comes after years of estrangement following Britney's feud with the family over her 13-year conservatorship.
The feud between Britney and Lynne began after the pop star claimed Lynne didn't lift a finger to help free Britney from the 13-year conservatorship she was placed under in 2008, which was controlled by Britney's father Jamie Spears.
Britney recently had an argument with her mother over claims that her mother threw away her childhood dolls and diaries from her former family home.
Insiders claimed that her mother had been selling her belongings both online and at a local consignment store in Louisiana in recent years.
A source close to the Spears family claimed Lynne made “thousands of dollars” from the sale, while claiming Britney had “no idea” what was going on.
Among the items reportedly sold were a hat the Stronger singer wore to the 2000 Billboard Music Awards, as well as Butterfly boots seen at the 2003 Kids' Choice Awards and a top worn during an appearance on MTV's TRL in 2002.
In Britney's memoir, The Woman In Me, the singer had claimed that the dolls and diaries from her childhood had been deleted, and Lynne subsequently denied selling the items, saying she wouldn't be so “cruel” to her daughter.
“When Britney came home early in her career, she would unload her clothes at her mother's house in Kentwood. This also included things she wore on tour and her personal clothing,” an insider exclusively told DailyMail.com.
“She has no idea and would be furious if she did.”

In response to Lynne's denial, Britney claimed on Instagram that during a more recent visit home, she found several dolls that had previously disappeared:
She took their appearance as proof that her mother had returned or replaced them, although it was too late to be of any use to her.
