The former WAG, 33, added to her podcast Under the shine that she “misses sex” but has reconsidered her relationship since her divorce.

In May, the mum of two revealed she hasn’t had sex since her acrimonious breakup with her NRL star husband Sam in 2019.

‘[Do I put on my Tinder profile] Single, 33, living with my parents, two kids, a little emotional baggage. So sexy anyway. Call me boys,” Phoebe joked.

The conversation soon turned to more serious topics, with Phoebe explaining how emotionally difficult it was for her to adjust to dating after marriage.

She said that once she got married, she thought all the physical insecurities were behind her, but now she was dealing with them again after “giving herself up to start a family.”

‘[My body] has certainly changed. I’ve made children here,” Phoebe said.

“I think the emotional difficulty is that when you give yourself to start a family, you think ‘phew, I never have to worry about standing naked in front of someone else’.”

“But meeting someone new with stretch marks and boobs that are potentially not as perky as they once were because they’ve fed people. This comes back to that body positivity, sex positivity message.’

Phoebe admitted that she sometimes feels like she’s “still in a relationship” and that she’s forced to adjust emotionally to her new life.

Phoebe’s ex-husband Sam appeared on the final season of SAS Australia, where he admitted infidelity to a woman in Melbourne in 2017.

“All I’ve been through is this amalgamation of who I am now,” she told the publication.

“There’s something on the other side, I haven’t quite figured it out yet, but that’s the hope I guess, you’re going through life,” she continued.

“I just want them to know it’s not all glamorous. It’s not perfect, but there is life after pain,” Phoebe said of her listeners.
