Lifeguards try to rescue four swimmers who got into trouble on a beach on Phillip Island.
A major emergency occurs at Forrest Caves, an unguarded beach in the southeast of the island.
“As the incident is ‘live’ and details are emerging, we are unable to provide any further details at this stage,” Life Saving Victoria said.
Paramedics saw a person being loaded onto a stretcher into an air ambulance.
