Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Taijuan Walker destroyed the organization after not being used during the playoffs.

Walker spent the past two seasons as a starter for the New York Mets before signing a four-year, $72 million contract with Philadelphia this offseason.

During his first season with the Phillies, Walker went 15-6 with a 4.33 ERA before not throwing a single pitch in the postseason.

“Disrespect is at an all-time high #nextyear,” Walker wrote on X.

He also liked some tweets from fans who agreed with his opinion.

‘The lack of respect comes from your manager. He had no confidence in you, which was a joke, and his play decision cost the Phillies this series. REMEMBER THAT!’ read one of the tweets Walker liked.

“To me, the real disrespect was not pitching in the postseason. Thank you for supporting your teammates,” read another.

As the regular season came to a close, Walker was far from his best performance on the mound.

During the month of September, he posted a 5.91 ERA and also his worst walks per nine innings since 2014.

There seems a good chance that Walker’s poor performance heading into the postseason played a role in his lack of usage during the postseason.
