The Philadelphia Eagles suffered injuries to quarterback Jalen Hurts and wide receiver AJ Brown in their final game of the regular season against the New York Giants on Sunday.
First Brown limped off the field with a knee injury and then Hurts' middle finger on his throwing hand appeared to dislocate after colliding with Giants linebacker Bobby Okereke.
Hurts initially returned to the game but was replaced by Marcus Mariota shortly before halftime, while Brown was considered doubtful to return.
At the time of writing, the wide receiver had yet to play since his injury in the first half.
Philadelphia did not have the luxury of ruling players out for the final game of the season as it continues to battle for playoff position in the NFC.

The Giants jumped out to a remarkable 24-0 lead over the Eagles in a game that has far greater significance for Philadelphia than for New York.
About a month ago, the Eagles were considered Super Bowl favorites after enjoying an NFL-best 10-1 start to the season.
Heading into Sunday's game, however, Philadelphia was 1-4 in its previous five games.
Hurts and Brown are both integral to the Eagles' success, with a much tougher road to the Super Bowl this season even if both are healthy.
