Police were reportedly called to Phil Foden’s £3million mansion following complaints about a children’s party that was running late into the night.
The sun reporting that the event lasted until midnight and that it was the last straw for residents who have had enough of the disrespect shown to the Foden family.
One of them said: ‘Nobody objects to a party or to music, but with the Fodens it is quite normal.’
People living nearby reportedly told The Sun their lives were “hell”. Foden and his partner Rebecca Cooke moved in with their three children.
The Manchester City star’s parents also have their own country house in the area.
The accusations against the Fodens stem from the fact that loud gangster rap is regularly played late into the evening and that their dog barks all day long.
In an open letter, residents of his street in Prestbury, Cheshire, branded him “selfish” and called on the city to intervene.
Cheshire Police said there had been a complaint about the party but urged neighbours to contact the council.
Foden is currently enjoying an extended holiday after England reached the final of the European Championship.
