Collin Morikawa ended a two-year winless streak by cruising to an impressive sixth PGA Tour title and a six-shot victory at the Zozo Championship in Japan.
Morikawa, without a global victory since the DP World Tour Championship in November 2021, overturned a two-shot deficit in an impressive performance on the final day at the Accordia Golf Narashino Country Club in Chiba.
The two-time major champion fired seven birdies in a bogey-free 63 to end the week at 14 under, edging out nearest challengers Eric Cole and Beau Hossler.
Morikawa hit his tee shot on the par-three third to within four feet to set up his opening birdie of the day, with three more on a four-hole stretch from the sixth, reaching turn three beyond.
The American extended his birdie count on the 12th and collapsed from 15 feet on the 15th, before producing an impressive par save on the 17th and signing off his victory with a birdie on the final hole.
