Peugeot is updating its 208 and electric E-208 hatchback with a sharper new design, new powertrains and technologies for both variants.
It will be launched later this year and promises a sportier look, an improved digital i-Cockpit, a battery-only range of 400 kilometers, new hybrid 100 and 136 engines and the latest generation of infotainment systems.

Since its launch at the end of 2019, more than a million 208s have been sold.
This was boosted by sales of the all-electric version, which became the best-selling electric vehicle in its segment across Europe last year.
Prices for the current line-up start from £20,610 for the 208 and £31,595 for the e-208. So negotiate deals hard as dealers try to shift existing inventory to make room.
