Peter Andre’s wife Emily says they are ‘stronger than ever’ despite his busy work schedule  

Peter Andre’s wife Emily gushed that her marriage is “stronger than ever” on Sunday, despite the singer being away from home for months.

The NHS doctor, who tied the knot with Peter in 2015, revealed that the couple don’t always get to spend much quality time together due to their busy schedules.

However, the mother-of-two admitted that they put extra effort into date nights when they reunite because distance isn’t the issue.

She said The sun: ‘We always make time for each other, we just keep going.

“He hasn’t been this busy in years, it’s crazy. He does a lot of different things and one thing after another – he finishes one thing and then there’s something else.’

The couple recently celebrated the Mysterious Girl singer’s 50th birthday on a lavish getaway to Dubai, spending one week alone and the second with their kids.

Emily said she’s planning another “night out together” at some point because that’s all her husband asked for for his birthday.

The doctor admitted she struggles to fit it into his work schedule as he only has “three Saturdays off from now until August.”

Emily revealed that her marriage has gone from strength to strength over the years and the couple hasn’t learned how to adjust to their crazy lifestyle.

The beauty also admitted that she is sweet when she goes to bed and Peter is at work.

She said, “I always miss him when he’s gone. When he’s not there, I literally leave his side of the bed completely untouched – the pillows are still there, so at night I almost feel like he’s still there. I literally just sleep in a straight line.’

Peter and Emily married in 2015 in a lavish ceremony at Mamhead House in Exeter.

The couple shares two children together, Amelia, nine, and Theo, six. Emily is also stepmother to Peter’s two children Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, from his previous marriage to Katie Price.

It comes after Emily joined Princess for a night out at the PrettyLittleThing launch in London last week.

The teen, who recently signed a four-figure deal with the fashion giant, showed off her sense of style at the high-profile event – which was also attended by creative director Molly-Mae Hague and Gemma Owen.

Princess looked stylish in a shiny black puffer jacket with a furry hood, which she paired with black skinny jeans.

She looked like the spitting image of a young Katie Price as she wore her golden locks in curls and opted for a flawless makeup palette.

She was accompanied by stepmother Emily who looked sensational as she opted for a white corset bodice with balloon sleeves, which she complemented with a pair of ripped jeans.

It comes as Peter recently defended 48-year-old Leonardo DiCaprio who dated younger women when he opened up about his own marriage to wife Emily, 33.
