Pete Davidson Leaves Unhinged Voicemail at PETA Screaming “F*** You, Suck My D***” After Buying a Dog
Pete Davidson left an unhinged voicemail at PETA screaming “f*** you, suck my d***” after it criticized him for buying a puppy from a pet store instead of adopting it from an animal shelter.
He was spotted last month with his actress girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders picking up a breeder’s new dog at a New York City store.
But PETA’s Senior Vice President of Cruelty Investigations Daphna Nachminovitch expressed disappointment over his decision not to adopt in a statement Monday.
Now former Saturday Night Live star Davidson, 29, has responded in an effusive voicemail to say he had to get a specific breed because he is “severely allergic to dogs.”
He also revealed that the cavapoo – a mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a poodle – is for his mother whose previous dog Henry died at just two years old, a week before the purchase.

He was spotted with his actress girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders last month picking up the new dog from a breeder at a New York City store.
Davidson announced himself on the voicemail and addressed Nachminovitch directly when he lashed out at her “uneducated and premature” statement.
He claimed he is “severely allergic” to dogs and had to get the cavapoo, which is near hypoallergenic and considered safe for allergy sufferers because of its low coat.
“Hello, my name is Pete Davidson, this message is for Daphna,” he began.
“Thank you so much for making public comments that I didn’t adopt a dog. I just want to let you know that I am severely allergic to dogs so I need to get a specific breed.
“I’m just not allergic to cavapoos and dogs like that.”
And he revealed that the new pet was in fact for his mom after her previous dog died at age two.
The comedian continued, “My mom’s dog, who was two years old, died a week early and we’re all so sad, so I had to get a specific dog.
“So why don’t you do some research before making f****** news stories for people because you’re boring…”
And he angrily ended the message with “F*** and suck my d****.”
It comes after PETA expressed disappointment over photos of Davidson picking up a new puppy from a pet store.
Nachminovitch released a statement saying, “It’s tragic that Pete didn’t go looking for a city-born mutt from an urban animal shelter because a scruffy New Yorker with charm, personality and unconventional good looks could have been his perfect match.” .
“As shelters in New York and across the country are overflowing with homeless animals, PETA urges Pete to show big heart in the future by adopting, not shopping.”

The animal rights charity said there is no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog and that the specific breed Davidson purchased can be adopted from shelters.
Our thoughts go out to Pete and the rest of the Davidson family for the loss of their beloved dog, but there is no excuse for promoting the puppy industry by purchasing a dog from a pet store while millions of wonderful dogs await loving houses in pet stores. shelters,” said a spokesman.
We know that Pete cares about animals and was trying to do something nice for his family, but he has millions of impressionable fans and his choices matter. compassionate choice to adopt, not buy.”
Davidson has admitted he didn’t know he could “adopt a specific hypoallergenic dog” and was told “it wasn’t an option, and if it was, it was rare.”
He pointed out how his family was struggling after the death of his mother’s dog.
“I haven’t seen my mom and sister cry like that in over 20 years. I tried to cheer up my family. I was already angry that the store had filmed me without my permission or acknowledgment,” he said TMZ.
“Then this organization (PETA) gave us a public example, which made our grieving situation worse. I’m upset. It was a bad choice of words. I shouldn’t have said what I said, but I don’t regret standing up for myself and my family.”
Davidson shared the news of the dog’s death on May 4, saying: “I want to use today to remember my dog Henry.
“Yesterday we lost an important member of the Davidson family. Henry was only 2 years old but unfortunately became very ill very quickly. My mom, sister and I got Henry at the beginning of the pandemic and he saved our lives.
‘I’m not sure I’d be here without him. He was the happiest and sweetest dog ever. He always got excited when he saw me and peed everywhere. When I worked at SNL, my mom used to send me videos of him watching, smiling, and making noises when I got on screen.
“I never really watch my stuff with anyone because I’m way too scared, but I didn’t mind watching with Henry. He really was the best.
My mom, sister and I are heartbroken and will miss him forever. We love you Henri. Thank you for making our lives fuller and reminding me of what really matters.”
Davidson and actress Wonders first met while filming the dark comedy Bodies Bodies Bodies together in 2021.
They started spending more time together after his split from model Emily Ratajkowski in late December 2022.
The couple was spotted together over the next month on several outings, including a lunch date in New York City, a Universal Studios trip in Los Angeles, and a beach vacation in Hawaii.
Davidson has a long list of high-profile girlfriends, including influencer Kim Kardashian, singer Ariana Grande, and actress Kate Beckinsdale
