Pete Davidson canoodles with actress Chase Sui Wonders despite insisting they are ‘just friends’

Pete Davidson and Chase Sui Wonders continued to fuel dating rumors on Monday, as they were spotted hanging out at Baba’s Pierogies in Brooklyn, New York.

The former SNL comedian, 29, and his Bodies Bodies Bodies co-star, 26, were waiting for their takeout according to TMZwith Chase affectionately holding his arm around the comedian’s neck as he showed him something on his phone.

According to the outlet, patrons of the restaurant from Eastern Europe reported that the couple “shared a kiss and a serious hug” before leaving in the same car. the sighting comes after Pete’s rep said the actors are ‘great friends’ via TMZ.

Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend rocked a casual outfit for the outing, wearing a gray hoodie and a dark baseball cap.

Meanwhile, Chase wore a black top and her black hair cascaded to her shoulders.

The actress accessorized with black sunglasses.

Davidson has been seen with his on-screen love on three different previous occasions.

Last month, the duo were seen arriving at their apartment in New York City together, and they stayed close as they chatted outside, with Pete checking his phone.

That same month they were also seen at a New York Rangers hockey game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

They were later seen at Whole Foods in Brooklyn, New York while shopping together. They exchanged ‘paying smiles’ as they chatted in line at the cashier.

Davidson and Sui Wonders star as boyfriend and girlfriend in A24’s thriller Bodies Bodies Bodies, which debuted at the South by Southwest festival before hitting theaters in August.

In October it was reported that the actors had met with Chase to join the cast of Pete’s new Peacock series Bupkis.

The series is described as a “fictionalized, heightened version of Davidson’s own life”, though it is unclear what role Chase may play.

In response to recent speculation that they might be dating, Pete’s rep told TMZ that they’re just “great friends” and “have been since they met filming Bodies Bodies Bodies.”

Chase is a Detroit native and Harvard alumnus who wrote for the prestigious college humor publication The Harvard Lampoon.

The actress also starred in Neil LaBute’s Out of the Blue earlier this year, and was first seen with Riverdale star Charles Melton in March.

The couple became ‘Instagram official’ in July, with Melton sharing a beachfront snap with Sui Wonders in late September, though it’s unclear if they’re still together.

Pete has most recently been linked to model Emily Ratajkowski, 31, prior to that in a nine-month relationship with Kim Kardashian, 42.

The King of Staten Island star also dated Ariana Grande, Kaia Gerber, Cazzie David and Kate Beckinsale.

Pete and Ratajkowski were first rumored to be dating in November of last year, when they were spotted having dinner in New York City.

However, after a couple of weeks, a source said page six: ‘Your adventure has moved to the friend zone [and that’s] fine with both.

Emily was recently spotted out on a romantic date with comedian Eric Andre as they strolled around the Big Apple with their arms around each other.

Before that, the Blurred Lines star, who recently shared that she thinks she ‘attracts the worst men’, was also spotted out on another date with DJ Orazio Rispo, and in December she was seen kissing entertainer Jack Greer.

Meanwhile, Davidson and Kardashian were first linked in the fall of 2021 after appearing together on SNL, and were later spotted out for a walk at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California.

Their nine-month romance saw frequent outbursts from Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kanye West, who launched numerous attacks on Davidson via social media.
