Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline SPLIT – after the low-key couple of one year hadn’t been seen in public since January

Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline have split after nearly a year of dating, DailyMail.com has confirmed.

The romance between the 30-year-old former SNL star, who recently walked off stage after being booed, and the 26-year-old Outer Banks actress appears to have fizzled over time.

Compared to Davidson’s previous high-profile romances, his relationship with Cline has largely remained out of the spotlight and the two have not been seen in public together since January.

Cline was spotted with her boyfriend at his stand-up comedy performance at the Helium Comedy Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the time.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Pete and Madelyn for comment.

Before the couple was last seen in January, they were spotted north of New York City at Bobo’s Café, a regular hangout of Pete’s, according to TMZ.

At the time, the King Of Staten Island star caused a stir among his fans after canceling a series of comedy appearances in December and early January due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

In September, it was first reported that Davidson and Cline were an affair.

In November, a source said We weekly that the couple’s under-the-radar public appearances were a strategy.

“Things are going great for Madelyn and Pete, but they’re trying to keep a low-key romance,” they said. “They’ve both dated people in the public eye before and are trying to keep it more private this time around.”

The source added that Cline was a hit with Davidson’s family, with his mother and sister reportedly “taking a liking” to her after spending time with the Glass Onion actress.

The relationship was reportedly still strong until April this year.

Their relationship was much more private than Davidson’s previous romances, and the two had not been seen together in public since January, when Cline saw him do stand-up comedy in Philadelphia (pictured after his show).

They added that the famous couple’s “independent” nature made it easy for them to maintain a romance.

Davidson and Cline started dating after going through a double breakup.

The Bupkis star called it quits with Bodies Bodies Bodies star Chase Sui Wonders in August after dating for just under a year.

Cline had been single for a long time after splitting from her Outer Banks co-star Chase Stokes, whom she dated for over a year, in late 2021.

Davidson’s relationship with Wonders was in turmoil after he crashed his Mercedes into the side of a Beverly Hills house in March 2023.

Wonders was in the passenger seat at the time. Fortunately, no one in the house or the car was injured, although the homeowner later said his teenage daughter, who was near where the car hit the house, was “traumatized” by the incident.

In June 2023, Davidson was charged with reckless driving, but agreed to participate in an 18-month diversion program.

He was ordered to perform medical work, take 12 hours of traffic lessons, pay damages and perform 50 hours of community service.

Davidson was allowed to serve his service in New York, where he lives, and he was not allowed to break any laws during the 18-month period.

Shortly after entering the drug rehabilitation program, Davidson checked back into rehab.

He has said in the past that he gets regular check-ups as a proactive and preventative treatment.
