Peta Murgatroyd shows off her growing baby bump to Maksim Chmerkovskiy as she commemorates 37 weeks of pregnancy
Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy showed off the former’s growing baby bump in a trio of images shared on her Instagram account on Friday.
In the snaps, the 36-year-old professional dancer, who is 37 weeks pregnant, and her 43-year-old husband held tight, and they also shared a kiss in the latest snap.
The former Dancing With The Stars contestant, who recently revealed the gender of her soon-to-be child, also wrote a brief note in the caption of her post that she, as well as her husband, would be “soon to be parents of two.”
Murgatroyd wore a long-sleeved black dress that hugged her growing belly and was accentuated with a single gold bracelet.
The television personality’s bright blonde hair contrasted perfectly with the dark tone of her outfit.

Chmerkovskiy opted for a white t-shirt and close-fitting black pants during the photo shoot.
Murgatroyd and her husband first met in 2009 when they were both working on a Broadway production of Burn the Floor.
The dancers both appeared on Dancing With The Stars, and they briefly dated from 2012 to early 2013.
The couple eventually reconciled the following year and got engaged in December 2015 before tying the knot in July 2017.
Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy also welcomed their first child, Shai Alexander, aged six, in January of that year.
The happy couple announced they were expecting to expand their family last January, and it was revealed last month that they would be welcoming a boy.
The professional dancer spoke People that month and said her loved ones were excited about her pregnancy.
It’s just a blessing at the end of the year for my family… It’s just been a whirlwind. Truly the best blessing for us,” she said.

Mugratroyd, who underwent IVF treatments before becoming pregnant with her second child, also told the media that she had to rethink her plans to expand her family during a difficult period.
“I was literally praying to the gods here, but it’s so funny because I was at a stage where I had let go [the idea of pregnancy] go,” she said.
The professional dancer noted that she did not realize she was pregnant for an extended period of time.
“I didn’t even know I was pregnant for so long until I felt really sick. I danced through Dancing With The Stars with it,” she said.
