Horrifying moment ‘perverse’ doctor is caught naked on camera performing sexual acts in front of colleagues at his practice

A ‘perverted’ doctor was caught on camera walking around naked and performing a sex act in front of employees at his practice in Arkansas.

Surveillance video taken at the Diffine Family Practice in Blytheville in 2019 reportedly shows Dr. David Diffine walking naked through the clinic and past patient rooms, KAIT TV reported.

Diffine, whose license was suspended last month due to emergency, can also be seen parading his naked body in front of three women in the reception area.

He allegedly performed a sexual act directly on one of the women and ejaculated over her, the footage showed. The victim worked at the clinic as a laboratory technician and was also a patient of Diffine.

The videos, which were sent to the Arkansas State Medical Board in July, were filmed during business hours, according to the complaint.

Diffine is also accused of using his “position of power, sexual grooming and salary increases to entice employees and patients to engage in abhorrent sexual acts,” according to the indictment.

The medical director of the Arkansas Medical Foundation has branded Diffine’s behavior “perverse” and recommended a formal professional evaluation.

The doctor, an internal medicine specialist with officers in three Arkansas cities, faces a disciplinary hearing before the state medical board next month.

The state medical board received a complaint on July 17 this year alleging that Diffine sexually harassed staff members, who were also patients, and had sexual content.

He was interviewed by a state health department investigator by telephone in September about the allegations.

Diffine was told that there was footage that supported the allegations, but according to the investigation report replied: ‘I don’t know anything about that.

“I’d have to see those things to have any idea what you’re talking about.”

The video was reviewed by Dr. Bradley Diner, of the Arkansas Medical Foundation, who wrote in the research papers: ‘The widespread behavior raises concerns about sexual compulsive disorder or paraphilias, which may actually cross boundaries in providing medical care.

“The interaction with his office staff simply indicates an entanglement in his medical practice.”

Diffine’s license was suspended on October 13 following an investigation by the board. His disciplinary hearing is scheduled for December 6.

The board investigated Diffine earlier in January over concerns about his “naturist activities” after receiving a complaint that he was posting nude photos on Instagram.

The complaint reportedly included screenshots from his now-deleted account @naked.drdave, which Diffine claimed was a “well-known” account in the “naturist community.”

Diffine told researchers he was a naturist and claimed the practice promotes acceptance and body positivity. In a letter to the medical board, he wrote: “We do not shame, sexualize, fear or negatively stigmatize the naked body.”

He also claimed that there was “no intersection between my professionalism while practicing medicine and my naturist activities.”

The board decided in June not to take action against Diffine and saved the complaint as “for information purposes only” and added it to its file.

Diffine was also investigated in 2017 for allegedly prescribing “excessive amounts of controlled substances.” His driver’s license was temporarily suspended, but the charges were eventually dropped due to lack of evidence.

The investigation came just six years after Diffine was criminally charged in Missouri for allegedly illegally distributing pain medications.

He entered into a deferred prosecution agreement in 2011 after an investigation by the state medical board and the charges were dropped, with Diffine agreeing not to practice medicine in Missouri for three years.

The Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts closed the case in 2013 and took no action against him, according to records obtained by KAIT.

DailyMail.com called Diffine Family Practice for comment but was unable to reach a member of staff. The practice website also appears to be closed.
