Former Hells Angels bikie Dayne Brajkovich has not disappointed in court, sporting his signature gold jewelry worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The ex-enforcer and gold fan appeared before the Western Australian Residential Tenancy Court in a civil case on Thursday morning.

Around his neck was his signature gold chain and on his left wrist was a hefty gold bracelet – valued at approximately $216,000 and $103,000 respectively.

On his hands he wore the other items he rarely sees without: eight 16-carat gold rings, spelled CINA on one side (short for Jacinta, his wife) and HATE on the other (because “hate is hate” , as he once told The West). Australian newspaper).

Also dressed in a red tracksuit, accompanied by wife Jactina Hill in a striking electric blue trouser suit, Mr Brajkovich was only briefly in court and left shortly after his appearance.

Mr. Brajkovich is known to own at least one investment property.

He is currently in court in a criminal case relating to the alleged storming of the Cloverdale estate in October, threatening the tenants with a knife as they tried to move back in, and demanding bail.

Prosecutors in previous appearances on these cases allege that the bond had already been paid.

In January, he was acquitted of two charges related to allegedly displaying gang insignia, with WA police ordering him $4,000 in court costs.

He made headlines again in March in the wake of the Perth Mint gold doping scandal.

The ABC had revealed that Perth Mint had gold bars they were trying to sell to the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which had been knocked back because they didn’t meet purity requirements.

Part of the Four Corners investigation alleged that Mint employees failed to conduct a background check on Mr. Brajkovich when he walked in and bought $27,000 worth of gold with cash.

It’s unclear if Thursday’s civil case in tenancy court was related to that property in Cloverdale.

Mr Brajkovich is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court in August on seven charges related to that alleged October incident.

He and Ms Hill, 31, who are not charged with any wrongdoing, declined to comment to the media as they leave court on Thursday.

Mr Brajkovich was kicked out of the Hells Angels in January 2022, The West Australian reported on Thursday for allegedly assaulting the club president at the time.
