A Perth public high school teacher accused of committing sexual offenses against four teenage girls has been fired by the education department
The man, 35, was recently charged by detectives from the Western Australia Child Abuse Squad with six counts of indecent contact with a child over 13 and under 16.
The alleged offenses took place between March and June this year.
Police will allege the teacher abused four pupils aged 14 and 15 who all attended the school where he taught.
The alleged facts took place at various locations, including school grounds and at a school camp, The Western Australia reported.

“It is alleged that the offenses were committed by the suspect while performing his duties as a teacher,” police said.
It is understood that the teacher also reportedly talked to students about his sexual fantasies while slathering himself in sunscreen, the publication reported.
The WA Education Department dismissed the teacher as soon as it became aware of the allegations.
“Immediate action was taken after the Department for Education was made aware of allegations of inappropriate behavior involving students at a southern suburbs school and the staff member was dismissed,” director general Lisa Rodgers said.
“As this action is the subject of an active investigation by WA Police, I cannot comment further on it.”
The man was arrested in September and has already appeared in the Fremantle Magistrates Court.
He will appear in court again later this month.
