Pep Guardiola launched an X-rated tirade against serial autograph hunters who targeted the Manchester City manager for autographs near his home.
The City boss presided over his side’s return to their usual title-winning form on the pitch after a dismal end to last year and is showing little patience for what the Spaniard apparently regards as nonsense.
A thrilling 8-0 win over League Two minnows Salford City in the FA Cup saw City comfortably progress to the fourth round of the competition, with a trip to Leyton Orient or Derby County on the horizon.
Guardiola has already been in the spotlight off the pitch this season after previously cutting his face in the dugout in what was later wrongly claimed as ‘self-harm’.
Now the short-sighted 53-year-old has delivered a life lesson to would-be autograph hunters when they asked for shirts and other memorabilia to sign as Guardiola walked through a car park near his home.
A fiery Guardiola wasted no time in making his feelings heard during the short and heated exchange as he identified two poachers looking to make money by selling goods bearing his signature and told them to make their choices better.

Curiously, Guardiola told those who appeared to be middle-aged men to ‘go back to school’, expressing his disdain at their actions as he went about his daily business in central Manchester.
Dressed in a stylish hoodie and tracksuit combination, an animated Guardiola waved his arms as he warned: “Don’t come again, I won’t tell you again, I know your faces.”
“Go to school and get ready guys. You are young boys, so don’t be here and waste your time,” Guardiola told the awkwardly standing trophy hunters with replica shirts in their hands.
“Do you want to live your life doing this honestly,” he added. One despondent person could be heard quietly replying: “No, I was a chef,” as the six-time Premier League-winning manager continued his tirade.
Guardiola continued: ‘Let’s get on with it. Prepare better. Damn man, this isn’t for all people, this is for you.
‘What are your dreams? Tell me, what is it? Where are you dreaming, my friend? Practice, damn it, practice,” he finished as he tried to urge bystanders to leave the area.
The video then ends with Guardiola presumably leaving the scene and going about his business, while the autograph hunters are quite red-faced from their surprise dressing up.
Meanwhile, Guardiola was also embroiled in a war of words with club captain Kyle Walker after revealing at the weekend that the right-back wanted to end his time at City.
The England international was dropped from City’s FA Cup squad and Guardiola confirmed his absence was down to Walker, who expressed his ambition to move to another country.

“Two days ago, Kyle asked to explore the possibilities of playing abroad at the end of his career,” Guardiola said on Saturday evening.
‘He asked about the Treble two years ago. Bayern Munich wanted him, but the offer was not good enough.
‘I asked him, the club asked him: how important is this? We cannot understand the club’s success these years without Kyle. It’s impossible. He gave us something we didn’t have and he was great.
‘But now in his mind he would like to explore and go to another country. For that reason I prefer to play against other players who are here with their thoughts, that’s all.’
