Cups of tea, David Attenborough and scones with jam and cream may be the cornerstones of the nation for some people, but for others they are simply overrated.
Going to the UK parenting platform Mumsnetone woman started the debate saying she thinks that ‘playsuits should not be worn if they are over four years old’.
When she asked for other people’s opinions, she asked for “non-offensive and very silly, unpopular opinions.”
Many rushed to the comments with their own take, ranging from chocolate being “overrated” to a woman claiming that David Attenborough has become a “straight misery.”
Some people targeted popular treats, with one claiming that no one really likes ready-made salted crisps, while another aimed for scones.
