A Pentagon whistleblower has claimed that the Vatican is aware of the existence of non-human intelligence agencies and that it helped the US recover a downed UFO from Italian dictator Benito Mussolini at the end of World War II .
David Grusch, 36, served in the Air Force for 14 years and is a decorated Afghan combat officer who worked for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
His role was to act as NRO’s representative in dealing with the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force. The task force was created specifically to investigate UFOs.
He has spoken out to say that the US has been running a top-secret UFO retrieval program for decades, claiming that the “Vatican was involved” in the first-ever UFO crash.
Grusch said the first starship salvage in Magenta, Italy was in 1933 and was in the hands of Mussolini’s Italian government until 1944-1945 when Pope Pius XII tipped America off about it.

“They recovered a partially intact vehicle and the Italian government moved it to a secure airbase in Italy until about 1944-1945.
“The Pope channeled that back and told the Americans what the Italians had and we eventually picked it up.”
Grusch was then asked to clarify whether the Catholic Church was aware of “non-human” existence on Earth and he replied, “Certainly.”
And as to why his claims should be believed, he said, “I have the credentials and I was an intelligence officer.”
He added that UFO sightings in Italy during Mussolini’s dictatorship are well known.
Grusch further claimed that first-hand accounts of sightings by the dictator’s men at the time include “crude” drawings that look like alien starships.
During his interview, he said he could not provide evidence for his claims because the documents and data were “secret”.
“It is extremely strange that humanity as a whole . . . has not benefited from widespread research on this,” he said.
“It could solve propulsion, energy problems, new materials science that could improve people’s quality of life.”
“It’s just totally insane how it’s being protected and getting in the way of progress.
Grusch has also claimed that the US is in an arms race with Russia and China to understand extraterrestrial life.
In recent comments, he said the “non-human” intelligences have acted with malice – even killing some people.
“I think the logical fallacy there is because they’re sophisticated, they’re nice. We will never really understand their full meaning and that’s because we are not them.
“But I think that what appears to be malicious activity has happened.

“While I can’t go into details because that would reveal certain US covert operations, I was informed by a few people on the program that there were malicious events,” he said, when asked specifically if any people had been killed.
And Grusch also made the astonishing claim that the US government would do anything to protect the secret – including killing people themselves.
“I saw at least substantial evidence of white-collar crime…unfortunately.
“I’ve heard really un-American things that I don’t want to repeat now,” he said. He claimed that some of the UFOs discovered were the size of football fields.
Grusch submitted his report in July last year. The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community called the complaint “urgent and credible” at the time.
“There is a sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the American people that is extremely unethical and immoral,” he said, accusing the US government of lying to the public for “decades.”
“We are certainly not alone,” he said, adding that “quite a number” of aircraft have been discovered.
The Pentagon has denied having any knowledge of the program Grusch described last week, but said it would follow ongoing investigations into his claims “wherever they lead.”
The House Oversight Committee also says it will investigate his claims.
Grusch’s claims come after another military veteran told DailyMail.com that his six-man unit saw a hovering UFO carrying weapons while serving in Indonesia.
And others said they’ve encountered planes that can distort space and time.
