Pentagon says ‘no proof’ of top secret UFO retrieval program described by whistleblower

The Pentagon said today it had “no evidence” of the top-secret UFO retrieval program that a military whistleblower claims has discovered “a number” of aircraft and “non-human” pilots.

On Monday night, David Charles Grusch, an Air Force veteran and former member of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, made the startling claims on air that the US and other countries are engaged in a top-secret arms race to achieve “reverse engineering.” alien technology, and that the US has recovered “a fair number” of UFOs.

The House Oversight Committee has launched an investigation and plans to hold a hearing on the subject.

Grusch claims the government has been lying about the program for decades.

Today, the Pentagon denied knowing anything about such a program.

“To date, AARO has not uncovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that programs related to the asset have existed in the past or currently exist,” Susan Gough, a Defense Department spokesperson, told Fox News.

AARO stands for All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, the branch of the Pentagon in charge of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), but what others call UFOs.

Her denial of knowledge has little bearing on Grusch’s claims. Indeed, in his initial remarks, he acknowledged that very few in the DoD would have knowledge of the program.

Grusch told NewsNation on Monday about the agents involved, “These are engineering vehicles of non-human origin, call them spacecraft if you like, non-human vehicles of exotic origin that have landed or crashed.”

“I thought it was totally crazy and at first I thought I was being cheated, it was a ruse.

“People started confiding in me. Approach me. I’ve had plenty of senior, former, intelligence officers come to me, many of whom I’ve known almost my entire career, confiding in me that they were part of a program.

“Sure, if you get something back that landed or crashed. Sometimes you come across dead pilots and believe it or not, as fantastic as that sounds, it’s true.’

Speaking at the U.S. Capitol yesterday, House Oversight Committee Chairman Representative James Comer said NewsNation: ‘There will be a hearing about it, there will be supervision.’

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla) and Rep. Tim Burchett (Rep-Tenn) will lead the investigation.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, the commission’s spokesman said the move was prompted not only by the whistleblower’s comments, but also by other reports that “continue to emerge regarding unidentified aerial phenomena.”

The House Oversight Committee is following these UAP reports and is in the early stages of scheduling a hearing.

The National Defense Authorization Act for 2022 created the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office that coordinates between the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, NASA and other federal agencies to study UAPs.

“Americans, who continue to fund this federal government’s work, expect transparency and meaningful oversight from Congress,” he said.

Grusch submitted his report in July last year. The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community called the complaint “urgent and credible” at the time.

“There is a sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the American people that is extremely unethical and immoral,” he said, accusing the US government of lying to the public for “decades.”

“We are certainly not alone,” he said, adding that “quite a number” of aircraft have been discovered.

On his debut Twitter show last night, ousted Fox News host Tucker Carlson said he didn’t know why the topic wasn’t at the top of the news cycle.

In a normal country, this news would qualify as a bomb: the news of the millennium. But that doesn’t count in this country.’

Carlson accused The Washington Post and New York Times of ignoring the story.

“There was absolutely nothing about how an alien species allows hypersonic aircraft to fly over our cities. Not a word.’

He said, “So if you’re wondering why our country seems so dysfunctional, that’s a big part of it. Nobody knows what’s happening.

“A small group of people control access to all relevant information, and the rest don’t know.”
