‘Penis enlargement’ YouTuber Leo Rex found dead in Thai mystery

A YouTuber who described himself as the “leading penis enlargement expert” has died suddenly at the age of 34 under mysterious circumstances, prompting a police investigation.
Laith Abdallah Algaz, better known as Leo Rex, was discovered by police officers in his ransacked apartment in Pattaya on Monday.
The health vlogger, whose YouTube channel was called Leo and Longevity, was found naked except for a black shirt, lying face down with blood dripping from his mouth and nose and a bruise over his left eye, police said.
Laith’s clothes were scattered everywhere and the shelves and toilet in the bathroom had been destroyed in an apparent raid, officers added.

Officers said they discovered various drugs, including anxiety tablets, sleeping pills, steroids, cannabis and antidepressants at the scene.
Laith’s friend, US citizen Charles Anthony Hughes, 40, had visited the home after the YouTuber failed to return his calls.
Opening the door, he was shocked to find Laith lifeless and frantically called the police.
Charles said that Laith often stayed at home using his computer while taking cannabis.
Influencer Leo and Longevity’s YouTube channel had 123,000 subscribers. She often posted about exercise and food supplements.

In the video, he describes how he used a pump system and weights to extend the length of his genitals.
In addition to bizarre sexual advice, Laith’s content included videos about steroids, bodybuilding, and false health information.
Friend Aicha Humera Rattanaphan, 25, said: ‘His friends found the body after they couldn’t contact him. The door was locked, so they used the spare key to get in before finding the body.
He lived alone in this room. She didn’t have many visitors.
Police Captain Sombat Kaewmulsuk said officers were reviewing security cameras and interviewing possible suspects.
Officers said they discovered various drugs, including anxiety tablets, sleeping pills, steroids, cannabis and antidepressants.
He said: ‘We will be questioning the victim’s friends and a woman who had stayed with him before he died.
“We urge the public not to jump to conclusions until a full examination has been conducted.”
Police Captain Sombat said today that foul play in his investigation had not been ruled out.
He said: “The room looked like there had been a disturbance, so it’s possible someone else was with him before he died or the victim was distraught in some way.”
Laith’s body was taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for a post-mortem examination.
The United States Embassy in Bangkok was also informed of the death of his compatriot so that his relatives could be contacted.
