Peloton has dropped 11 new TAYLOR SWIFT-themed fitness classes – here’s four other workouts for Swifties that are taking over TikTok

Taylor Swift is having the moment of all moments.

Not only has she recently become a billionaire thanks to her latest album release, her romance with Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce is the talk of the town.

More and more industries are tapping into Taylor’s golden touch – including the fitness world.

Perhaps the most exciting development for Swifties is the latest series of Taylor-themed workouts brought to you by exercise bike megabrand Peloton.

Today we’re launching 11 new high-energy spin workouts on the brand’s app, all to the tune of Swift’s recently re-released album, 1989, featuring hits like Shake It Off and Bad Blood.

TikTokers are flocking to Taylor Swift fitness classes in their hundreds, while exercise bike brand Peloton is offering a full day of workouts featuring the star’s biggest hits

But Peloton isn’t the only fitness brand to draw inspiration from Taylor.

On TikTok, hundreds of young women share clips of their unconventional workouts, which look more like a college party than an exercise class.

There is something for everyone: spinning, aerobics, weight lifting and even yoga. Here’s DailyMail.com’s picks for the best to try…

HIIT TRAINING THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

COST: From $28 per lesson, or $199 for 10 lessons

Orange Theory Fitness attract millions of people across the country with their unique one-hour rowing, cycling and strength training classes.

And now some of their 1,500 locations nationwide are offering a version of their interval training tailored to Taylor Swift’s biggest hits.

Some local gyms have even given customers the experience for free: In April, Houston’s Eleanor Tinsley Park location advertised a free Taylor Swift-themed class in honor of the star’s Era tour.

YOGA FLOW TO THE LATEST ALBUM

COST: $119 for four classes over one month

If yoga is more your thing, boutique studio Y7 — with locations in New York, LA, and Austin — is putting some of their vinyasa classes (fast routines) on Swift’s latest re-released album, 1989.

Their We Flow Hard Vinyasa classes are accessible to all levels and consist of three movement sequences, repeated three times and gradually increasing in pace.

The 3rd Avenue branch in New York is currently promoting a We Flow Hard yoga class from 1989 on the fitness app, Class pass.

THE PARTY SPIN CLASS

cOST: From $22 per class

TikTok is flooded with Swifties offering insight into their fun spin classes: they stomp on the pedals while waving their arms to Taylor’s music.

Many of them are filmed at Cycle Bar – which has more than 200 locations in the US and offers a choice of 45-, 60- or 75-minute spin classes.

All classes are set to energetic pop music – including songs from Taylor Swift, if you book into one of their themed workouts.

Each ride is a mix of hill climbs, sprints, arm exercises with weighted bars and a finishing stretch.

THE DIY TAYLOR TREADMILL WORKOUT

COST: From $79.99 for a home treadmill, or from $40 per month for a gym membership

If you don’t feel like a group class, TikTok influencer Allie Bennett has a solution for you. In April, the North Carolina-based content creator came up with a Taylor Swift-themed treadmill workout that went viral and racked up more than 3 million views.

TikToker Allie Bennett’s Taylor Swift treadmill workout went viral last year, racking up more than 3 million views. The 30-minute routine involves increasing your tempo in accordance with the increasing tempo of the songs

Bennett’s routine consists of walking and running at different tempos, along with a playlist of songs of different tempos.

She recommends starting by listening to Taylor’s 2019 hit “The Man,” increasing the speed by 1 mph each time the song changes.

Set the treadmill to the desired incline, although Bennett usually starts at an incline of eight and reduces it to one as he runs.

A range of Taylor-themed workout playlists are now available the influencer’s website.
