Pedro Pascal LOSES THE SLING as he and Normani lead stars at Sundance premiere of their film Freaky Tales
Pedro Pascal lost his cast on Thursday evening during the Sundance Film Festival premiere of his new film Freaky Tales.
He made headlines Monday night for attending the Emmys with his arm in a sling after suffering a shoulder injury from a fall.
In an indication that his recovery is going well, he was apparently able to do without the device three nights later.
The 48-year-old heartthrob from The Last Of Us cut a dashing figure in a beige jacket and trousers combo with a complementary off-white top.
At the premiere, he joined a parade of his castmates, including singer Normani, who is making her feature film debut with Freaky Tales.

In terms of clothing, Pedro was fashionably asymmetrical: he tucked in only one side of his shirt and left only one cuff sticking out from under the sleeve of his jacket.
He flashed his winning smile for the cameras as he made his way across the front of the purple backdrop of the Sundance Film Festival.
Normani, meanwhile, showed off her enviably chiseled midriff in a monochrome top with high shoulders that was reminiscent of the 1980s.
She paired the top with a matching skirt, which was cut high enough to show off her dazzling dancer’s legs as she walked around in feathered black shoes.
Among the other actors from the film at the premiere was Jay Ellis, who posed with an arm wrapped warmly around Pedro’s shoulder.
In a nod to the frigid temperatures at the film festival’s location in Park Slope, Utah, Jay wore a plaid jacket over an open black top and a T-shirt.
Erin Lim Rhodes cut a vibrant figure in varying shades of green, while Keir Gilchrist modeled a more gothic black ensemble.
Michelle Farrah Huang impressed in a strapless one with a neckline that reached down far enough to offer a glimpse of her enviably toned midriff.

Freaky Tales is written and directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, the team behind the 2006 film Half Nelson starring Ryan Gosling.
Their new feature film follows four stories from 1980s Oakland, with a cast including Ben Mendelsohn, Dominique Thorne and Jack Champion.
The film also features one of the final appearances by late Euphoria star Angus Cloud, who died last year at the age of 25 after an accidental overdose of fentanyl, cocaine, meth and benzodiazepines.
