PE Nation co-founder Claire Tregoning is selling her lavish Avalon Beach home for an undisclosed sum after listing it at $7 million following her split from husband Timothy amid their cocaine scandal.

PE Nation co-founder Claire Tregoning has sold her luxury home on Sydney’s North Shore for an undisclosed sum.

The luxurious five-bedroom, three-bathroom rig, located in Avalon Beach, was listed for sale last month for $6.5 million to $7 million.

Tregoning, 42, bought the property in 2014 for $1.22 million according to Tthe daily telegraph.

The original sale included a fiber shack, which architect Daniel Raymond converted into a sprawling 15,000-square-foot villa-estate.

News of the recent settlement comes after Tregoning confirmed her split from her husband Timothy, 40, last week after they split eight months ago.

The luxurious kitchen features a gigantic concrete slab breakfast bar, large enough to seat six adults.

Meanwhile, there is also a guest house that is ideal as a study/office.

There are also several bar areas and entertainment areas, which come equipped with pizza ovens and kitchen areas.

Other highlights include underfloor heating and a wellness center with an ice bath and infrared sauna.

Tregoning finally confirmed her split from husband Timothy earlier this month after they split eight months ago.

The fashion guru and her former filmmaker share two children and have kept their breakup a secret for most of last year.

But the famous Sydney fashion socialite broke her silence in a recent interview with The Sydney Morning Herald where he said that they ‘still love each other’.

Tregoning finally confirmed her split from husband Timothy earlier this month after they split eight months ago.

Rumors surfaced last November that the couple had quietly split after they deleted each other from Instagram and stopped posting love photos.

Last September Tim was arrested in Bondi when police found him with two resealable bags of cocaine.

He pleaded guilty to drug possession at Waverley Local Court and will be sentenced in January.

Tregoning made headlines in 2016 when he founded the sports brand PE Nation with Pip Edwards.
