- Timothy Tregoning, 42, hit with a restraining order
- Accused of stalking or intimidating the co-founder of PE-nation
The filmmaker ex-husband of the PE Nation co-founder has been accused of stalking or harassing his estranged wife, Claire Tregoning.
Timothy Tregoning, 42, was arrested on November 16 and taken to Manly police station, on Sydney’s northern beaches, where officers served a domestic violence warrant against him on behalf of his ex-wife.
The father-of-two was accused of stalking or intimidating Ms Tregoning, who now goes by Claire Greaves on Instagram, with intent to cause bodily or mental harm between November 1 and 3 last year.
Tregoning, who has the name ‘Claire’ tattooed on his ribs alongside a heart and arrows, pleaded not guilty and was represented by celebrity barrister Bryan Wrench when the case was heard at Manly Local Court on November 28.
According to court documents seen by Daily Mail Australia, police considered a number of factors when deciding whether to grant bail.

One element was that there were ‘no independent witnesses to the (alleged) fact’.
Other aspects were that he had no previous convictions for violence, that he was employed, had joint custody of his two children and had lived alone at a permanent address for a long time.
Tregoning was released on bail to an $8 million mansion overlooking Palm Beach and was forced to adhere to strict bail conditions.
He is not allowed to come within 100 meters of where Mrs Tregoning lives or works, and cannot contact her unless through a lawyer or by written agreement about contact with their children.
He may not assault or threaten her, stalk, harass or intimidate her, or recklessly destroy property or harm any animal belonging to her.
The case will return to court on February 6.
The Tregonings quietly ended their 11-year marriage in mid-2022, selling their five-bedroom Avalon mansion for $6.4 million last February.

Ms Tregoning previously told the Sydney Morning Herald the split was “amicable”.
“It’s very amicable, we still love each other, we co-parent and he remains a good friend,” she said at the time.
“Things change and that’s exactly what happened for us, but we’ll get through it with a lot of respect and support for each other.”
Tregoning is a cinematographer who has been involved in a series of high-profile productions since 2012, including a Netflix series.
He was most notably involved in Snow White and the Huntsman starring Chris Hemsworth, along with the Australian TV series Puberty Blues and commercials for Audi, NRMA and Qantas.
His private life hit the headlines in 2016 when his wife, a sportswear magnate, launched the athleisure brand PE Nation with Pip Edwards.
