Payday 3 gameplay

Payday 3 It looks like it will expand on the core FPS gameplay over heist of its predecessors. It starts with eight robberies ranging from banks to skyscrapers and harbors. This is slightly less than the 12 maps that launched with Payday 2but from what we’ve seen so far, the robberies seem to mean more than before.

As you can see in the trailer above, Payday 3 players can enter stealthily again, before switching to an all-weapons approach as the authorities move in. In the trailers, we see a variety of enemy types, including those that carry shields, and some that appear to be moving stealth. As before, heists are designed around four-player co-op, with each player choosing a character with unique skills and playstyles. These characters can also be customized with cosmetics and skills.

An interesting aspect of Payday 3 is that players can take hostages and then negotiate with enemies. It remains to be seen if this can be used to complete missions, more likely it’s a delaying tactic while your teammates figure out an escape route. Anyway, we’re looking forward to getting in on the fun with some friends to see how the new game plays.
