According to The sun The 28-year-old Irish actor used a key as a scoop to bring the unknown material up his nostril as he danced in the crowd during the late night performance by American band The National.

Paul was dressed casually and wore a baseball cap. A bystander told the publication that the actor “didn’t seem to care” if anyone could see him.
