Users on TikTok claim Paul picks up women at bars in North London at night and sprints away from them while out for a walk the next morning.
One story claims that Paul was walking with a woman when he pointed to something on the ground for her to look at, and when she turned back around, he ran off in the opposite direction.
Representatives of the Aftersun star have not denied the rumors and have decided not to comment.
The stories have gone viral on social media, with women joking that they have downloaded exercise app Strava so they can chase him down if he ever pulls off the stunt.
A video explaining the allegations on TikTok racked up 481,000 plays and nearly 60,000 likes in three days, as users went wild with speculation surrounding his dating habits.
The creator said: 'Paul Mescal, and this comes from many sources, goes around North London begging women for threesomes.
“And when he comes with a girl, he says, 'Hey, do you want to go for a walk?' And then, in the middle of the conversation, he'll just do it and leave her in the middle of the park.”
The video attracted more than 1,000 comments, with many people on the site claiming to have heard the rumors elsewhere.

In September, he was spotted using celebrity dating app Raya, whose previous users include singer Harry Styles and model Cara Delevingne.
Paul was nominated for People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive in 2020 and the thin silver chain he wore during filming got his own Instagram account, Connell Waldon's Chain, with 140,000 followers.
