Paul McCartney, 80, smokes a suspicious cigarette while partying with fashion designer Stella, 51
Paul McCartney was seen smoking a suspicious-looking cigarette at an event earlier this year.
The singer, 80, was seen taking a drag on the cigarette at the bash where he was joined by his fashion designer daughter Stella, 51.
A clip of the former Beatles star was shared on Instagram by Jamaican musician BLVK H3ro (aka Black Hero).
Paul, who was dressed in a black coat, looked cheerful as he mingled and mingled with the other guests.
Alongside the video, shot in February, BLVK H3ro wrote, “Weed is a party.

‘Ps. Mama used to tell me weed was bad for me, well look mummy lol weed made me shine with a Beatle.”
In March last year, Paul was spotted enjoying a quick cigarette break while soaking up the sun on his break in St. Barts, despite saying he had given up the habit.
Paul previously revealed that he had stopped smoking marijuana after using the drug off and on for about four decades.
The musician said he made the decision because he didn’t want to set a bad example for his five children and eight grandchildren.
Paul these days said he’d rather have a glass of wine or a “nice margarita.”
He told the Daily mirror: ‘I don’t do it anymore. Why? The truth is that I don’t really want to be an example for my children and grandchildren. It’s an older thing now.
“At the time I was just a guy in London having a ball, and the kids were little, so I just tried to keep it out of their face.
“It’s been a long time since I last smoked.”

Paul was reportedly introduced to cannabis by Bob Dylan in the mid-1960s, a few years after The Beatles released their debut album.
It began his long and sometimes tumultuous relationship with the drug.
The musician was fined in Sweden in 1972 for cannabis possession and charged with ‘illegal cultivation’ after police discovered the plant on his Scottish farm early the following year.
In 1980, he spent 10 days in jail in Japan after officials found marijuana in his luggage. On this occasion he was released without charge.
He reportedly gave up the drug temporarily during his second marriage in 2002 to Heather Mills, who gave him an ultimatum: them or the drugs.

They got divorced six years later, with Heather claiming during the proceedings that Paul used cannabis as regularly as others drink cups of tea.
It is not the first time that Paul, who married his third wife Nancy Shevell in October 2011, has made comments about giving up the illegal class B drug.
He told Rolling Stone magazine in 2012 that he considered quitting after raising his fifth child Beatrice, who was born in 2003.
“I did a lot and it was enough,” he said in a candid interview.
‘I’ve smoked my share. When you’re raising a young person, your sense of responsibility kicks in at some point, if you’re lucky. Enough is enough.’
