Paul Hollywood and his new wife Melissa Spalding were pictured for the first time since tying the knot as they made a surprise visit to the Emmerdale set on Monday.
The Great British Bake Off host, 57, and his wife, 39, were seen sitting on the Dingles’ leather couch at the iconic farm in West Yorkshire, just over two weeks after their luxury wedding in Cyprus.
The couple fell for Samson, played by Sam Hall; Sam, played by James Hooton; Mandy, played by Lisa Riley and Lydia, played by Karen Blick.
The Dingle crew grinned from ear to ear as they posed for a snap with the TV personality.
Another image, posted on Emmerdale’s X – formerly known as Twitter – account, saw Paul casually leaning against the iconic ‘Emmerdale’ street sign in the village.

The photos have prompted some loyal fans of the soap to wonder if he could be involved in future shows.
One wrote: ‘So that’s who’s in the chair tonight’, while another commented: ‘I hope he’s not auditioning to replace Jane Hudson too!’
Despite mixed opinions about Paul’s presence on the show, Emmerdale confirmed to MailOnline: “It was just a behind-the-scenes visit to the show, so he won’t be appearing on Emmerdale any time soon.”
The ITV studio explained that Paul spent the day exploring the village and their studios.
Paul remarried just over two weeks ago, tying the knot with a pub landlady in a luxury hotel in Cyprus in front of those closest to him – but his son Josh, 21, was noticeably absent.
Around 75 of the star’s “closest” friends and family – including fellow GBBO judge Prue Leith – cheered the couple on at their destination wedding.
The wedding took place at the stunning Agia Athanasius Chapel which is part of the luxury Anassa Hotel, located on the North West Akamas Peninsula, one of the most unspoiled holiday areas of the island.
However, it wasn’t quite the family occasion he’d hoped it would be, as his son Josh, from his first marriage to Alex, wasn’t there.

Speculation: Soap fans couldn’t help but draw their own conclusions as to why Paul was featured on Emmerdale’s iconic set
Melissa’s family attended in force and the family’s pub – The Checkers Inn in Smarden, Kent – was closed from September 16 to 26 for the celebrations.
In 2019, a spokesperson for ex-wife Alex revealed that Josh had not seen or spoken to the star since his father moved out of the matrimonial home – and began a romance with young waitress Summer Monteis-Fulham.
In 2020, Alex described herself as a ‘single mother’ during a podcast.
Paul has been in a relationship with Melissa for the past three years and reportedly quietly proposed in 2022.
The wedding celebrations began in early September when Paul and some of his guests enjoyed a sumptuous meal at the rustic Viklari Castle restaurant, located on top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
It is considered to serve the best barbecue in Cyprus and a TV star once described it as his favorite restaurant.
Paul and Melissa were also pictured soaking up the rays and relaxing on the beach near their five-star hotel with their loved ones as they prepare for their big day.
The luxury Anassa Hotel opened in 1998 and is described as reminiscent of a traditional village with Greek and Italian design elements.
Its main outdoor venue is the Village Square, which has space for up to 300 guests, with the chapel providing a stunning backdrop.
Weddings at the lavish estate can cost up to £100,000 and the hotel prides itself on offering luxury service for your special day, making it one of the world’s leading wedding destinations.
Hotel rooms start from around £400 a night with villas, which have their own pool, close to £4,000 a night.
Let the celebration begin! A reception followed, followed by a late-night party in the hotel’s entertainment area, which ended in the early hours.
