Paul Hogan’s troubled son Chance sparks major concern as he posts video of himself drinking wine and slurring his words while pleading for someone to ‘please kill me’

Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan’s troubled son Chance has caused widespread concern online when he drunkenly begged someone to ‘please kill me’.

The 27-year-old shared videos on his Instagram Stories on Monday of himself drinking wine and slurring his words while sitting at a table in public.

He had a laptop open in front of him, watching the American animated TV show Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids while complaining about his life.

‘This is my life. This is what it comes down to,” Chance muttered as he took a sip from his wine glass.

The camera he pointed at his face and the laptop wobbled as he struggled to keep it steady as he spoke.

Then he leaned forward and said, “Please.” Please kill me. I beg you.’

Chance uploaded a second video moments later, holding his drink as he said, “I take it all back. I’m living the dream…I never want to leave this table again.’

He took another sip of wine and uploaded a few blurry selfies of himself frowning as he posed next to his laptop that was still playing Fat Albert.

A few hours later, Chance seemed to cheer up when he shared another, clearer photo of himself smiling as he posed in front of a dock.

He had a cigarette hanging from his mouth and a black choker around his neck as he took the shot with a dock in the background.

Ny Breaking Australia has contacted representatives for Chance and his father Paul for comment.

The reports in question come after Paul, 85, broke his silence amid growing concerns for his troubled son.

The Australian-born retired actor in December dismissed widespread fears about Chance, his only child by ex-wife and former co-star Linda Kozlowski.

Chance, an aspiring musician who lives in Venice Beach with his famous father, has regularly made headlines for his erratic behavior.

But then DailyMail.com caught up with Paul as he ran away messages inside Los Angeles last month, the father of six said there was nothing to fear.

When asked if he was worried about Chance, Paul casually shook his head and smiled before answering, “No.”

He continued, “No. It’s a lot of made up stuff and a lot of it, him [Chance] does it on purpose.”

Paul poured cold water on the worries as he made a quick trip to a local store and ATM, which was his first public outing in nine months.

The reclusive star seemed friendly and happy to chat, despite the rumors and concerns circulating about his son.

The screen legend, who is originally from Sydney, left his home country after the success of the 1986 action comedy Crocodile Dundee.

He moved to settle in Los Angeles with his second wife, Linda, in the 1990s.

When asked if he would like to return to his Australian homeland, he said: ‘Oh yes. One of these days.’

Chance's online behavior has also become more erratic, raising further concerns

Then he added, referring to his son, “When he comes.”

Chance has lived with his father in LA since his parents’ divorce in 2014 after 24 years of marriage.

In November, disturbing new photos surfaced of Chance buying beer and shuffling through the alleys of Venice Beach, near the home he shares with his father.

Paul’s latest comments contradict recent reports that he had been ‘worried sick’ about his son.

The reports emerged after Ny Breaking Australia shared shocking footage of Chance looking disheveled in an alley taken on November 14.

He appeared to be pacing aimlessly down the street before approaching a darkened car near his home.

Chance’s online behavior has also become more erratic, raising further concerns.

He recently shared a bizarre video in which he ominously claimed something was ‘about to start’ as he bared his infected gums for the camera.

Coincidence is no stranger to scandal; after all, his parents’ relationship was one of the biggest tabloid stories of the late 1980s.

Sparks flew between Paul and Linda on set in the Australian Outback, while the Australian – 19 years older than Linda – was still married to his wife Noelene Edwards.

The couple married in 1990, welcomed Chance eight years later and divorced in 2014.

Paul and his first wife, Noelene Edwards, married in 1958 before later separating and divorcing in 1981. They share five children: Brett, Clay, Scott, Todd and Lauren.
