Patti LuPone reveals why she is NOT happy Kim Kardashian is joining American Horror Story
Patti LuPone has a bone to pick with Kim Kardashian about joining the cast of American Horror Story.
The Broadway icon, 74, who has appeared in American Horror Story, explains why she’s not happy Kim landed a role in the series while appearing on Watch What Happens Live.
When the topic of Kim’s new role came up, Patti said she believed the reality star was taking a job away from a professional actor.
Patti and John Leguizamo, 62, who also guest starred on the show, weighed in on the matter while playing a game called “Do They Give A Damn.”
“Do you care that Kim Kardashian is starring in Season 12 of American Horror Story?” asked host Andy Cohen.

Patti couldn’t hide her displeasure as she replied through gritted teeth, “Yes, I do!”
“You don’t like it, do you?” asked Andy. “No, I won’t!” answered Patti.
“Why, because she’s taking a part away from,” Andy began before Patti agreed, “actors.”
“Excuse me, excuse me, Kim,” she continued before singing the song Mrs. Worthington Conjured, a song about a mother determined to get her daughter into acting.
‘What are you doing with your life? Don’t go on stage, Mrs. Worthington,” Patti added.
John agreed when asked about his thoughts on the subject: “Whatever she said, I double the emotion!”
Kim announced her new role earlier this month by posting a teaser trailer to her Instagram account.

The ominous clip didn’t depict Kim, but it had eerie music that read, “AHS12. Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are delicate. This summer.’
The mother of four, 42, simply captioned the short clip featuring eyes emoji and a drop of blood emoji.
The clip showed a hint of a female figure in the background, but it’s not known if it was supposed to represent her or Emma.
However, Kim has not disclosed in what capacity or whether she plays herself The Hollywood Reporter revealed details shortly after the star shared the announcement.
The outlet revealed that the 12th season of the show will be called Delicate and will be based on Danielle Valentine’s upcoming novel called Delicate Condition.

The book is about a woman who is convinced that someone sinister is preventing her pregnancy from happening.
The outlet reported that the season will be written by Halley Feiffer, who will also serve as showrunner.
In a statement to THR, AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy said, “Kim is one of the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.”
Adding: “Emma and I are excited about partnering with this true force in culture. Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we’ve ever done.”
Emma previously starred on AHS from 2013 to 2019 during season three, season four, season seven, and season eight; she played Madison Montgomery, Maggie Esmerelda, Serena Belinda and Brooke Thompson.
