True Romance alum Patricia Arquette understands there’s “real pressure to look a certain way” as a Hollywood actress, and she’s not opposed to getting a facelift.
“This is my own face and if I decide to get a face lift tomorrow, then I will,” the 54-year-old Oscar winner admitted in a page six article published on Saturday.
“Everyone can do what they want with their own face, but I understand why people feel that pressure…[The look is] This kind of eternal naivety, and you don’t see that much in the human race. It’s kind of a Hollywood-specific look.

Patricia continued: “At the end of the day, there is Hollywood and your relationship with Hollywood as an actor, and then there is also your own relationship with yourself and the world around you. What adventures do you want to have in this life?” I feel very happy. with where I am now.
Arquette was last seen on November 28 attending the Gotham Awards with her Severance castmates Britt Lower and Adam Scott, where their show lost the trophy for Breakthrough Television for 40 Minutes to Apple+ series Pachinko.
The Chicago-born blonde plays Lumon Industries boss Harmony Cobel in the Dan Erickson film. critically acclaimed Sci-fi psychological thriller.
“Lately I’ve been playing weird and creepy women and I have to say it’s a lot of fun,” Patricia noted.
