Australian cricket superstar Pat Cummins cut a relaxed figure as he and his wife-to-be Becky enjoyed a day at one of Sydney’s most exclusive beaches with their son Albie.
The Test skipper is preparing for a heavy workload this summer as he prepares to face Pakistan and India in a pair of campaigns that will run from November 4 to early January – so it’s no wonder he’s finding as much quality time as possible for the whole family spends.
Cummins, Becky and their son were captured this week at Bronte Beach in Sydney’s east, just a short trip from the stunning $9.5 million home they bought in the suburb in March 2021.
The 31-year-old looked in great shape as he went for a swim in a pair of parakeet smugglers, while Becky looked after Albie – who recently turned three – as he enjoyed an ice cream on the sand.
Pat gave Albie a lift on his shoulders as they walked along the sand, his wife sporting a big baby bump in a blue dress.
Becky and Pat first revealed they were expecting their second child in August, breaking the news on Instagram, writing: ‘Incredibly happy to finally have our [baby emoji] news!
“We’re so excited to meet you, honey, and add some more craziness to our lives.”
The post was accompanied by photos of Becky showing off her baby bump with Albie, who she cradles in one image as he places a hand on her stomach.

Cummins’ teammate Mitch Marsh was among the first to congratulate the couple on the heartwarming announcement, as were cricketer Travis Head’s wife Jessica, Aaron Finch’s wife Amy, Usman Khawaja’s wife Rachel and Becky’s sister Kara.
Pat and Becky were also spotted soaking up the sun at Bronte in September, when she proudly showed off her bump in a gray bikini.
In August, Becky enjoyed a day out with Albie in Sydney’s east, where she showed off her baby bump in a tank top as they walked through the park after hiding it under a jumper on an unseasonably warm day.
She also posted a photo to Instagram showing her perspective as she looked down at her stomach with Albie in tow, accompanied by the caption, “I love this view.”
She also uploaded an image of Albie learning the alphabet in their eastern Sydney home, along with the words: ‘Thanks for all the kind messages. I’ll get through it, they all mean so much.”
When Albie was born in October 2021, Pat and Becky released a heartfelt video documenting their journey to becoming parents for the first time.
The video started with Becky telling an excited Pat that she was pregnant, before documenting her growing baby bump, scans and eventual arrival at the hospital to give birth.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail Australia on Monday, Cummins opened up about the challenges his wife faces when he is away for long periods of time.

He interviewed Becky for his upcoming book Tested, which details in-depth conversations he’s had with leaders and top performers in a variety of fields.
“She had some really deep thoughts about motherhood and how she copes when I’m on tour,” he said.
‘It’s not easy sometimes, especially with a baby on the way.
‘I tried to draw comparisons from the stories I was told with my life as a cricketer.’
Asked which form of the game he enjoys most after leading Australia to a stunning one-day World Cup win over India and a Test Series victory over Pakistan, the captain was undoubtedly the longest form of the game that remains king.
“I just love it, especially playing at home,” he said. “India is always a huge series, there will be a billion fans watching it.
‘I feel fit and fresh, Trial cricket is the pinnacle for me, bring it on.’
