A Delta passenger has revealed that the edge of a plane window fell off during a rocky landing.

The frequent flyer took to Reddit to share an image of the broken window in a thread titled: Delta.

In the film, the frame of the plane window was on the ground, between the legs of the unnamed passenger.

The message was captioned: ‘So this fell off.’

“Whelp, it’s not often that things other than WiFi break on my flights, but this is a first. Fell off when we landed,” the passenger said before sharing the photo.

In the comments section, he revealed that he told a flight attendant about the accident.

However, the cabin crew member didn’t seem to mind and replied, “Of course I do.”

Following the man’s confession, people online flooded the comments section

The man was sitting in the window seat of a Delta plane.

His photo showed a frameless window while the frame lay on the ground.

He revealed that it had fallen during landing.

When the passenger told the flight attendant, she said, “Of course.”

The Reddit user further revealed that he was sitting in the “emergency exit row” when the fall occurred.

He noted that it fell off several times and that the first time it came off he tried to put it back on but failed.

A Delta spokesperson told DailyMail.com: “Our cabin maintenance teams are taking these reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address them.”

People on the internet flocked to the comments section and mocked the airline.

One person said: ‘I would be very traumatized by this.’

Delta has faced intense backlash in recent weeks after a passenger shared a photo of the “horrible” first-class meal that had people “gaging” online.

The airline recently announced that it would be collaborating with a major fast food restaurant.

Delta announced their “sky-high collaboration” with Shake Shack.

The new menu option comes with a cheeseburger, fries, a Caesar salad and a dark chocolate brownie that is “reminiscent” of the restaurant’s frozen custard item called Shack Attack.

The meal will officially launch on December 1 on Delta flights departing from Boston, as the company hopes to expand the offering in the future.

The catch is that only first-class passengers traveling more than 900 miles are allowed to “pre-select” a Shake Shack meal, which the airline says can be done a week before their flight.

Delta’s CEO admitted that the incoming Trump administration will be a “breath of fresh air” for his industry after what he called government “overreach” under President Joe Biden.
