EXCLUSIVE
The new American boyfriend of troubled teen OnlyFans star Paris Ow-Yang has been acquitted of rape charges, Daily Mail Australia can reveal.
Rocket Stickney, 29, was taken to court next year for sexual intercourse without consent until the charges were suddenly dropped.
The rape allegation had been hanging over Stickney for 18 months, but the charge was dropped by the Crown late last month.
Further details about the alleged rape cannot be revealed for legal reasons.
Stickney is still the subject of a preliminary violence injunction, which accompanied the rape charge as it moved through the courts.
Ow-Yang, 19, and Stickney – reportedly a serving or former US Navy SEAL – were seen together on Thursday, the day after her own headline-grabbing appearance in court.
She was convicted Wednesday of assault, harassment and destroying property worth about $1,500 during a drunken domestic violence incident.

Ow-Yang was dressed in the same white top she wore on court the previous day, but paired it with a short skirt and flip-flops, instead of gray pants, a black jacket and J’Adior heels.
Waverley Local Court heard Ow-Yang had turned up at her mother Amanda’s home in Double Bay at around 9pm on November 7 and bolted in a terrifying incident she could not remember.
A furious Ow-Yang had repeatedly called her mother a ‘sl**’ before threatening to kill herself and stashing two kitchen knives in the floor.
Defense attorney Michael Bowe said his client suffered from a litany of mental health problems stemming from her parents’ divorce when she was a child.
Ow-Yang, whose father is neurosurgeon Michael Ow-Yang, has been diagnosed with conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD and an eating disorder.
She had repeatedly engaged in self-harm, binge drinking and compulsive shopping due to grief, shock and trauma.
Mr Bowe said Ow-Yang had 1.3 million followers on TikTok and 350,000 on Instagram, but he did not mention the OnlyFans account the private schoolgirl opened as soon as she came of age.
He said Ow-Yang suffered from a “whole range” of mental illnesses that stemmed from her parents splitting up when she was about 13.

She never recovered from that breakup and her problems were not solved by a short relationship with 44-year-old nightclub king Julian Tobias.
Tobias had dumped Ow-Yang when they returned from a holiday abroad late last year, just months after they started dating.
An insider said at the time that the relationship, which started when Ow-Yang was 17, was destined to fail because the pair had nothing in common.
Ow-Yang blamed a drunken car crash in October 2023 for the emotional turmoil of the suddenly ending romance.
After drowning her “pain and agony” in alcohol for nine hours, Ow-Yang had smashed her $50,000 black Mercedes into another Mercedes worth $150,000 in Point Piper.
She then blew 0.213 – more than four times the legal limit for a P-plater.
Ow-Yang was convicted of drink-driving and fined $1,000, along with a two-year community corrections order.
On Wednesday, Mr Bowe said Ow-Yang now has a boyfriend, who he did not name but indicated he provided support as she worked to get her life back in order.
“She has a partner who is in the US military, he is a steadying influence, even though the last partner she had was not,” Bowe told Magistrate Paul Mulroney.
“I spoke to him on the phone and he seems like a nice guy.”

Stickney has previously been described as a member of the US Navy Sea, Air and Land (SEAL) Teams, a special operations force separate from the military.
He was not in court and it was not revealed what he is doing in Australia.
Stickney has been banned from leaving the country since mid-last year, when he was accused of rape.
He first faced a magistrate in Parramatta on July 1, 2023 on a single charge of sexual intercourse without consent and four days later was the subject of an apprehended violence order applied for by police at Downing Center Local Court.
Under his bail conditions, Stickney was ordered to surrender his US passport, not leave Australia at any time and not apply for any other international travel document.
He was also required to report to Bondi police station every Wednesday, live at a designated address and not contact the woman named in the AVO or any other prosecution witness.
Stickney pleaded not guilty to the rape charge on February 22 this year and reaffirmed that plea on April 5 when he was arraigned at Downing Center District Court.
The case went to trial on February 24 next year, but when Stickney appeared before Judge John Pickering on November 26, the charges were dropped by the Crown.
Ow-Yang, whose father is neurosurgeon Michael Ow-Yang, has been diagnosed with conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD and an eating disorder.
The Director of Public Prosecutions has indicated that no further proceedings will take place, but that the AVO application is still pending.
Stickney was not present when the case was last heard at Downing Center Local Court on November 20 and was adjourned until March.
A spokeswoman for the DPP said the office would not explain why the charges were dropped.
“Reasons for the decision to withdraw a charge are made in accordance with prosecutorial guidelines and are legally privileged,” she said.
“As such, we politely decline to comment.”
Stickney and Ow-Yang were previously photographed strolling around Bondi with her dad on December 7.
On Wednesday, Mr Mulroney refused to deal with Ow-Yang’s latest offense under mental health legislation.
Mr Mulroney said that while Ow-Yang was sympathetic to people with mental health problems, he had not always paid sufficient attention to hers.
“It appears that Ms. Ow-Yang has at times been much less responsible in this situation when it comes to attending to her mental health,” he said.
“In my opinion, there should be greater assurance that Ms. Ow-Yang will pursue mental health treatment.”
Mr Bowe urged Mr Mulroney not to impose a conviction after she pleaded guilty to one charge of common assault, one of intimidation and one of damaging property.
“She’s only 19,” he said. “She has the world ahead of her.”
Mr Mulroney agreed to Mr Bowe’s request and instead imposed a 15-month conditional release order.
Under the terms of that order, Ow-Yang must comply with a mental health treatment plan and abstain from alcohol.
In sentencing, Mr Mulroney said ‘domestic violence is a poison in our community’ and warned Ow-Yang that if she committed another similar offense she would likely end up in prison.
Mr Mulroney also placed Ow-Yang on an assault order.
