Paris Hilton’s ex-fiancée Chris Zylka was arrested after he got into a bloody brawl with police in Ohio last week following an alleged carjacking attempt.
Zylka, 39, was captured on bodycam footage at 4.45pm on December 4 with a bloody nose and bruises after police were called to Warren, near Cleveland, to a report of a man without a shirt or shoes trying to getting a gun into a vehicle.
When police arrived, they encountered traffic with model and actor Zylka pushing the front of the vehicle while “foaming at the mouth” and appearing to be under the influence of drugs, the local station reported. WKBN.
Zylka had allegedly tried to get into a woman’s car and tried to break the window, police said, with the Leftovers actor allegedly pointing a cell phone as if waving a gun at two detectives who arrived on the scene .
When he was ordered to his knees and officers tried to handcuff him, he resisted and got one pulse into the security system before an altercation broke out.
According to the report, Zylka “exchanged blows” with an officer, with the other detective using a Taser that accidentally struck the officer who was fighting with Zylka.

This officer then used his Taser twice on Zylka, which did not appear to affect him.
The footage shows Zylka was eventually arrested after a third detective managed to subdue and handcuff him.
Zylka was filmed struggling with officers and paramedics as he was strapped to a stretcher, bleeding, and loaded into an ambulance.
Police said paramedics gave Zylka ketamine to calm him down.
Zylka is now charged with assault and attempted commission of a criminal offense, plus misdemeanor disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated menacing.
The police report mentions personal weapons including “hands, feet, fists, teeth, etc.”
A Warren Police spokesperson confirmed this TMZ Zylka is no longer in custody and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Zylka is best known for his role as Tom Garvey in the HBO series The Leftovers from 2014-2017.
Zylka and Hilton dated for three years before their romance ended in a canceled engagement in 2018.
Hilton is now married to Carter Reum and is mother to son Phoenix, 23 months, and daughter London, 13 months.
In 2023, Zylka opened up about their past relationship and revealed that he misses Hilton’s family, but admitted that he couldn’t reveal many details about their romance due to a non-disclosure agreement.
“I have nothing bad to say, and anyone who has anything bad to say about her is probably a bad person, to be honest,” he stated.
Frankly, he noted, “I miss her family. I miss her father and mother and her brothers and sister. I miss driving from her house to Bel Air to hang out with them.”
As for regrets, Zylka said, “I was never able to apologize to her because I wasn’t grateful for the experience and everything she did for me.”
Continuing to praise the entrepreneur, he added: “She is the only relationship I have ever had where there was no taking, but giving. It was all giving. And it was really wonderful.’
He said: ‘I’m not supposed to say anything because when we finalized everything and broke up – I know about previous breakups with her so I signed a non-disclosure agreement saying I won’t write a book or anything like that will say. but I could never say anything negative.”
Chris called Paris a “rock star” because of her musical achievements as a DJ.
A spokesperson for the Warren Police Department confirmed to TMZ that Zylka is no longer in custody and that a warrant has been issued for his arrest
The two eventually went their separate ways so he could focus on his work, which he hadn’t been doing during their time together.
‘My work was just very important to me. And I clearly chose her over my job, and I don’t regret it. It was at the height of my career,” he explained.
“We were entering the final season of The Leftovers. And my time with her didn’t work, that was only two, three years, but the overall experiences and just the people, the people you would meet. Just such lovely people.’
