The reality TV personality, 42, took to Instagram to post a series of photos with the venture capitalist and wrote a gushing caption about the father of her two children.
‘Happy birthday my love! Every time I look into your eyes I feel like I’m home,” she began alongside photos of them sharing glances and tender smiles around the world.
“Every day with you is a fairytale,” continued the entrepreneur, who wore a sparkling turquoise dress to the Grammys.

While speaking to reporters on the Grammys red carpet on Sunday, Hilton said she will embark on a tour after the release of her upcoming album.
“The album is coming out this summer,” she revealed during the GRAMMY Live! from the Red Carpet show. “And I’m also going on a summer tour.”
She also talked about how music has changed for her since becoming a mother.
“It just took on a whole new meaning,” the Simple Life star explained. “And Phoenix likes Stars Are Blind. It’s his favorite lullaby at night.
“I love singing to my babies,” she added. ‘I love music.’
