In November, Paris welcomed daughter London with husband Carter Reum, following the birth of their son Phoenix in January 2023.
Nicky and husband James Rothschild share Lily-Grace Victoria, 6, Theodora ‘Teddy’ Marilyn, 5, and an 18-month-old son, whose name has not yet been revealed.
Last month, Nicky made her first public appearance with all three of her adorable children.
The socialite was spotted with her family at the Museum of Ice Cream.
Nicky met James at the 2011 wedding of Petra Ecclestone – daughter of former Formula 1 CEO Bernie Ecclestone – to her now ex James Stunt.
They spent their freshman year traveling long distance before they both decided to move to New York City to be together.
The pair dated for around three years before getting engaged during a summer holiday on Lake Como in 2014.
They tied the knot the following year in a star-studded wedding at Kate Middleton and Prince William’s home at Kensington Palace.

Meanwhile, Paris surprised her fans on Thanksgiving by announcing that she and Carter had welcomed their second child via surrogate.
The star shared the happy news by posting a pink baby outfit called ‘London’, revealing her little one’s gender and name.
“Grateful for my baby girl,” the heiress wrote in the caption of the image.
After initially confusing fans by not revealing whether the baby was on the way or had already been born, Paris clarified in a TikTok comment that her daughter has already arrived, writing, “My princess has arrived!!”
