The 53-year-old media personality wore a monochrome, hot pink outfit as Barbie to celebrate the release of her album Infinite Icon and the opening of New York Fashion Week.
For the event, she wore a strapless mini dress with an ombré pattern from magenta to bright white.
The reality star, who went topless in one of her sexiest photoshoots yet for the cover of NYLON’s September issue, paired the dress with bright pink bow-front pumps.
In true Paris Hilton style, she also posed with a heart-shaped bag, with her name emblazoned on the front with glittering rhinestones.
