Panthers star Ja’Tavion Sanders carted off field after horror head injury vs Chiefs

Carolina Panthers tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders was carted off the field after landing on his head following a low tackle by Chiefs player Trent McDuffie.

Sanders landed outside the track and immediately felt visibly uncomfortable.

The fourth-round rookie rolled around on the grass in pain and there was a long delay as trainers rushed to tend to him.

He appeared to move his arms as he was taken off the pitch just seconds before half-time.
