The two young men protected their mother and watched over them when she needed them most, while she enjoyed her memoir Love, Pamela and the documentary From Pamela, With Love.
“Brandon and Dylan are true miracles, considering their gene pool,” she wrote in her memoir. “They've been through so much, yet they're not full of holes.”
“They saved me,” she said of the time after her last divorce from Lee. 'I don't want to do that to my children, but having children has changed everything. I enjoyed every moment of it.'
In her documentary, which took viewers through her life and the tumultuous years that led to the peace and tranquility she has today, she revealed that her sons played an active role in that journey.
Earlier this year, following the release of her memoir and documentary, Pamela wrote on social media: 'Happiness is a choice.'
Brandon and Dylan were 100% in her corner as Brandon wrote, “Your positivity is so inspiring. I am so proud of you. I'm so happy that the world is finally getting to know the REAL YOU.'
'Love you!!! Continue to be unapologetically YOU!” Dylan wrote alongside a white heart emoji.
At the documentary's premiere in January 2023, Brandon commented on how the world has seen so many sides of his mother in the thirty years since she walked into the Playboy Mansion.

In Pamela, A Love Story, the story “follows the trajectory of Pamela Anderson's life and career from small-town girl to international sex symbol, actress, activist and loving mother,” according to the official synopsis.
Brandon had thoughts about the different ways his mother was put in a role or a shoebox, but that wasn't the whole story.
“I've known her all my life,” he said. “But when I think of my mother, I think of an incredibly well-read, intelligent, articulate, kind-hearted, passionate person, and I don't think the world has ever seen her like that,” he shared. People.
And the admiration is mutual when Pamela commented on her relationship with her sons, saying it was her boys who “encouraged me to tell my story.”
