Pamela Anderson has revealed that writing her forthcoming memoir ‘Love, Pamela’ without the help of a ghostwriter took a toll on her physically.

The 55-year-old Baywatch star, famous for her sensational bikini body, said howard stern in a new interview on Wednesday that he gained 25 pounds in the process of writing the book.

“It was crazy, but I had a physical reaction to telling my story. It was almost like I was holding on to something. It was protective… my puffed-up armor,” the Playboy beauty claimed.

“I don’t know what it was, I was thinking it was some kind of protection,” he added.

‘It wasn’t like I was eating differently, I’m a vegan, I eat nuts and berries, you know, I don’t eat a lot. But my body was changing,” she continued.

The Canadian superstar also told the jock that he lost weight after he finished writing his story.

The Barb Wire star said she wondered if the changes were simply due to ‘just getting old’, and that even her mom asked her why she didn’t show her figure anymore.

‘I felt like, ‘What figure?’ You know, she was just kidding,” she added.

“I was a mess at the time, so I liked taking everything off — no makeup, none of that stuff — and I was like, ‘You know what? If you like me like that, if you like me at my worst, “maybe you like me,” she explained.

In another part of the interview she further elaborated on his distaste for the Hulu miniseries Pam & Tommy.

The actress, who said she hasn’t watched the show and has no plans to, admitted she felt “run over” after she reportedly found out about the show through an ad.

Pamela, who claims Sylvester Stallone once offered her a ‘condom and a Porsche to be his number one girl’ in his new Netflix documentary, told Stern she had never been contacted about the series, which dramatizes the creation and subsequent robbery. from her infamous sex tape with ex-husband Tommy Lee.

Worse, he told Stern that based on what his friends told him, he didn’t think the performances of Lily James or Sebastian Stan were particularly accurate.

Stern asked her if she had ever considered contacting the production, or possibly actor-producer Seth Rogen, whom he described as “reasonable”, but she said she had not contacted anyone.

But even if she had made contact, she doubted she would have wanted to revisit such a painful time in her life.

“I don’t think I would have wanted to get involved, especially with that issue,” he added. ‘Why? Why bring up the whole subject again?
