Pamela Anderson dons hip-hugging skirt to honor her Last Showgirl director

Pamela Anderson wore a sophisticated all-black outfit to attend the Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards, held Thursday at the Hollywood Athletic Club in Hollywood.

The 57-year-old Baywatch alum — who “doesn’t have a stylist” — tucked a white-collared blouse into a hip-hugging, flared maxi skirt and pumps.

A closer look at Pamela’s demure ensemble revealed that she was actually wearing the silky top over a second red blouse.

Anderson looked fresh-faced with defined pencil-thin brows, a bit of blush and lipstick.

The Canadian-American beauty attended the ceremony that Variety presented in honor of Francis Ford Coppola’s granddaughter Gia Coppola, who directed her in The Last Showgirl over an 18-day shoot.

Pamela received the best reviews of her acting career as seasoned showgirl Shelley, who must make plans for her future when her Las Vegas revue ends abruptly after a thirty-year run.

The Last Showgirl – in US theaters on January 10 and UK theaters on February 28 – also stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Kiernan Shipka, Billie Lourd, Dave Bautista, Brenda Song and Jason Schwartzman.

Anderson has already won awards for her gritty performance at the Zurich Film Festival, the SCAD Savannah Film Festival and the Miami Film Festival.

The Sonsie Skin co-founder will next compete for the Outstanding Lead Performance Trophy at the Gotham Awards in New York City on December 2.

“It’s a blessing to be part of pop culture,” Pamela said Variety‘s Awards Circuit podcast on Thursdays.

“It’s a blessing and a bit of a curse because you have to overcome that if you want to become an actress and play other characters. I hope that The Last Showgirl is something completely new that people will see and appreciate me in.”

Anderson added: ‘[I hope they] I really love it because I was able to put all those feelings that I’ve felt for the past 30 years into this movie. And it’s nice that people respond to it.’
