Paloma Faith reflected on the year that’s been in a heartfelt Instagram post this week.
The 41-year-old singer shared a selfie from Rome calling herself a “broken, disheveled woman” after traveling alone with her children.
The hitmaker also described 2022 as “king shit,” which seems to hint at her reported relationship breakup, before thanking fans for their support.

It comes after reports that Paloma parted ways with partner of nine years Leyman Lahcine in November.
“OMG I’m a broken woman carrying two kids to Rome alone, but I’m here and I’m so messed up and I’m thankful for everyone who supported me in 2022 because it sucked!” started his post.
She added: ‘But I have good feelings about next year! Good times are coming.

Paloma has been busy in recent weeks wrapping up the third season of Pennyworth.
The HBO Max series serves as the origin story for Alfred Pennyworth, a former special forces soldier living in London who eventually becomes Batman’s famous butler.
In November, it was reported that she had separated from her partner of nine years, Leyman Lahcine.
According to Sun, The “Only Love Can Hurt Like This” singer, 41, confirmed she was single at Jonathan Ross’ Halloween party, where she was “the life and soul of the party”.
A source also told the publication: “Paloma and Leyman have broken up and she is very much single.”

The source said Paloma seemed happy and upbeat at Jonathan’s Halloween party, despite the heartbreak.

The couple began dating in early 2013 and reportedly got married in secret in 2017.
However, rumors of a split swirled as the couple no longer follows each other on Instagram and early last year the singer-actress announced that she was in the midst of a personal crisis.
She previously admitted that she was having a “crisis” in her personal life and got “anxiety” from “being around people” last January.
The talented star shared a selfie at the time, explaining her absence on social media and assuring fans that she is working on new music.
