Lindsay, 37, filed a motion in Georgia on Jan. 3 alleging that her estranged husband Robert Shiver (pictured) has not let her see the children despite previously offering terms in which she could do so.

Lindsay was allowed to return to America under certain conditions by a judge in the Bahamas on December 21.

She is prohibited from being within 100 feet of her former NFL player husband and must remain in the state of Alabama and is equipped with an electronic monitor.

The mother of three is only allowed to return to Georgia, where her husband lives, for divorce or custody proceedings.

She claimed that Robert agreed to allow visitation rights with her children and later accused him of denying access.

“When the Bahamian court released Defendant to come to the United States on December 21, 2023, Plaintiff suddenly reversed his earlier offer and severed the temporary understanding between the parties, citing the expert opinion of an unnamed child psychologist whose identity he refuses to reveal. ‘ her lawyer writes in a motion.

“Despite the children’s pleas to see their mother, and despite the defendant’s willingness to agree to a court-ordered ban on discussing pending legal matters with the children.”

Lindsay claimed she was only allowed to talk to her children via FaceTime once on Christmas Day.

But she claims she has been unable to reach them since. Her lawyers further claimed that Robert’s mother tried to help Lindsay see her children, but was unsuccessful.

They included an email between Lindsay and Robert’s attorneys, in which his attorney said, “Mr. Shivering is not pleasant when visitors come.’

The motion alleges that Robert denied access to the children “long before developments in the Bahamas” and that he “transferred funds to various accounts beyond defendant’s control, and withdrew the children from her care and denied her contact.” with them.’

Shiver is accused of conspiring with her bartender lover Bethel to frame Newbold for the attack on her husband.

Prosecutors said the trio discussed the attempted robbery via WhatsApp before Shiver sent a photo of Robert, who filed for divorce in April, to Newbold — along with the instruction: “kill him.”

According to documents seen by DailyMail.com, Shiver broke down during her police interview and admitted sending photos and messages to Newbold, instructing him to kill her husband of 13 years.

The photos, obtained by DailyMail.com, show Robert cozying up with a mystery blonde at a bar in the Bahamas.

The alleged murder plot was discovered by chance when police began investigating a burglary at Grabbers, a popular waterfront drinking spot on Great Guana Cay.

They asked staff – including Bethel – to hand over their phones for inspection and found WhatsApp messages in which he, Shiver and Newbold allegedly discussed the murder of Robert, who was visiting his family home in nearby Baker’s Bay.

“This n***a came up to Lindsay and wouldn’t let her on the plane, and he put his hands on her. I’m about to retire because of this n***a,” Bethel allegedly wrote to his childhood friend.

“He’s flying to Baker’s Bay, she’s thinking about letting me kill him, but he’s got the kids.”

Police arrested Shiver on July 21, examined her iPhone and discovered she had sent Newbold “several photos” of her husband, along with a text message that said “kill him,” it is alleged.

The trio were arrested and, according to a well-placed source, more incriminating messages were found on their devices.

Robert was on holiday independently of his estranged wife when police contacted him to warn him of the plot.

When Bahamian authorities informed him of the alleged threat, he branded his wife “manipulative” and speculated as to why she might want him out of the picture.

“She had an affair with an 18 year old about a year ago and came to Abaco and sneaked him into my house in Abaco,” his statement alleged.

“I found out through her Apple Watch and she convinced me that she wants to be a family, so we tried to make it work.”

The marriage collapsed forever when he discovered his wife’s relationship with Bethell in February, Robert said.
