Douglas Brian Jackway, 46, and another sex offender were sent back to jail after allegedly facilitating the woman’s entry into Brisbane’s Wacol Correctional Center on January 29, home to child rapists and sexual predators.
Queensland Correctional Services obtained dozens of messages sent between Jackway and the unidentified woman following her release from the facility in 2020 after spending most of her life behind bars for sex offences.
Those text messages along with a selfie will be important evidence in QCS’s case that it violated its supervision order for 16-year-old dangerous prisoners by sneaking the woman into the facility, it reports. the courier mail.
In one of the messages she asks him what he is doing.
“Chilling baby thinking of you,” she wrote.
‘I love you and I can’t stop thinking about today baby and you. Baby you’re beautiful,’ she wrote in another.
“I don’t (sic) babe,” she replied.

The convicted pedophile was rated a “lower to moderate” risk of reoffending when courts granted supervised release to live within the Wacol compound in 2020.
“Members of the public are not allowed in the contingency housing compound at any time, and a number of works are underway to strengthen security, including increased CCTV, a replacement security fence and more patrols and random checks. “Corrective Services said in a statement.
The breach raised further concern after the security review in December, with Correctional Services Minister Mark Ryan insisting that everything possible was being done to protect the community.
‘There will be a full investigation… we are improving security in that compound: initial and immediate steps have already been taken to improve security, additional patrols, additional surveillance, additional CCTV, additional lighting, perimeter security, all of those things. they have already been improved,’ the minister said on Wednesday.
The alleged rape is the second in just four months at the facility after a teenage girl was brought inside and sexually assaulted.
Jackway will now remain in custody until March 10, when he will face an infraction hearing related to the alleged offence.
He is one of the state’s worst pedophiles convicted of raping a nine-year-old girl and assaulting a 10-year-old boy as a teenager.
Jackway is one of Queensland’s most notorious sexual predators, having spent almost his entire adult life behind bars.
In 1991, 14-year-old Jackway raped a nine-year-old girl, and then in 1995, he performed sexual acts on a 10-year-old boy, when he was just 18 years old.
Under the influence of alcohol and drugs, he took the boy to the mangroves and performed sexual acts.
He was caught in the act and was subsequently sentenced to eight years behind bars before being released in 2003.
Jackway then returned to jail in 2004 after being accused of stealing a vehicle and while the matter was before the courts, he was also sentenced for the 1991 rape.
