Padma Lakshmi gave fans a glimpse into her and her teenage daughter Krishna’s “girls’ night” at the 2024 Emmys this week.
The catwalk expert, 53, brought the 13-year-old to the annual ceremony in Los Angeles on Monday, where they mingled with TV and streaming’s biggest stars.
“A casual girls night with #littlehands,” Padma wrote on Instagram on Tuesday. “It was so great to spend these Primetime Emmys with friends old and new.”
During the event, the duo took selfies together at the Peacock Theater before introducing themselves to some of the evening’s winners.
Krishna could hardly contain her joy when she happened to take a photo with her idol Jenna Ortega after speaking Etalk that she had “been looking for her all night.”
She also met The Bear stars Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri, both of whom took home major acting awards for their work on the FX series.
