Paddy McGuinness has revealed that his upcoming stand-up comedy tour will focus on his divorce from ex-wife Christine.
The 50-year-old TV presenter admitted that this tour will be “something different” and that people can expect to enjoy true stories as he prepares to return to comedy after eight years away.
Speaking to Tony Bellew on his podcast Club Bellew, the host candidly said: ‘This tour will be a little different from previous tours.
‘I plan to talk about things I’ve never talked about on tour, like having children with autism.
“I’m divorced now, so that might have something to do with it,” he added.

The UK tour – called Paddy McGuinness: Work In Progress Warm Up Shows – kicks off in September in Preston with a live show on BBC Radio 2 In The Park.
The tour will see him perform 40 concerts in the UK in 2024 and 2025, including a show at the prestigious London Palladium.
Paddy said enthusiastically about his highly anticipated stand-up comedy tour: ‘It’s been eight years since I last toured and there’s so much to laugh about!
‘I’m looking forward to getting back in front of a live audience and fighting cancel culture, clickbait and fake news!’
Paddy and former beauty queen Christine, 36, still live together two years after their divorce, because of their three children: 10-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and Felicity, seven.
However, Paddy proved that the couple had parted ways amicably and had previously indicated that he would support Christine if she met someone else.
Christine was recently linked to TV presenter and footballer Chelcee Grimes31, after the couple shared a kiss, but Christine is said to still be single.

However, if she does fall in love with someone, TV star Paddy would support her new relationship.
He told the Mirror: ‘If Christine met someone else, I would support her. If someone didn’t know our situation and came to our house and spent the day with us, they would have no idea (we weren’t together).
“We get along well, we live together and co-parent. We have the lawyers back and forth, but that’s separate – that’s a different thing.
‘Last year I tried a few dates. After 12 months of getting used to life on my own, I felt like I had to try it, but I didn’t really want to.
‘For now I’m happy being single. For now we’re happy with how things are going, living together and helping each other balance work and kids.’
Paddy looked in good spirits on Friday as he was seen out for the first time since it was reported that Christine had a cosy outing with ‘tomboy’ musician Roxxxan.
He wore a casual outfit of a white T-shirt, beige underwear and black sunglasses.
Christine is currently sunbathing with Roxxxan, after they first sparked romance rumors with a cute foot pic.
She captioned the video montage, “You are perfect to ME. IBIZA you own a piece of my heart ”
On Friday, Paddy looked in good spirits as he was spotted for the first time since the reveal as Christine enjoyed a cosy outing with ‘tomboy’ musician Roxxxan.

On Tuesday, Roxxxan posted a photo on her Instagram showing off her tattooed legs, which were also visible in the photo of her feet that Christine shared on Monday.
Christine’s love life made headlines in 2022 when she was spotted sharing a kiss with her girlfriend Chelcee Grimes.
