Packers quarterback Jordan Love further ingratiated himself with Green Bay fans by trying to save a local student whose car was stranded Friday by a brutal snowstorm in Wisconsin.
With the small town of De Pere, Wisconsin covered in nearly eight inches, 20-year-old UW-Milwaukee student Lucy Kurowski realized she couldn’t get out of the parking lot after a hair appointment.
As she struggled to get out of her snow-covered car, Kurowski saw a man walking by wearing gray Green Bay Packers gear.
“I did a double take, and then a triple take,” she told the station local Fox affiliate in an exclusive interview.
She said she made eye contact with Love but “didn’t want to bother him.”

The 25-year-old California resident initially drove his car out of the parking lot, but quickly changed his mind and turned around.
“He gets out of his car and says, ‘Are you OK?'” Kurowski said. “And I was like, ”Are you Jordan Love?!'” I was fangirling.”
Love and Kurowski then tried to push her car out of the snow, but were ultimately unsuccessful.
Instead, the two agreed to take a photo together, which was posted on social media by her family and has since gone viral.
“Omg Jordan Love helps my niece out of a snowstorm,” Allie Adames wrote on X. “What can’t he do? That’s my QB.’
Kurowski is believed to be safe, but the status of her car remains unclear.

“I couldn’t even believe it,” she said of the experience. ‘It didn’t feel real. I was in shock.
“It’s blowing up and I think everyone is really seeing that he’s not just an MVP on the court, but just a great, great person,” Kurowski said. “He’s a great representation of what Green Bay is.”
He is also finding success in his first season in place of former Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Love finished the season second in touchdown passes with 32 while throwing for 4,159 yards (seventh).
